After many years of classical training Audrey began new negotiations with sound in order to discover a more individually honest aesthetic. Now, her work delves deeply into her own version of narrative and non-linear storytelling. A large part of her music is improvised and her approach to this is extremely personal and visceral. Her playing explores the combination of a homemade analogue synth, preparations and traditional and extended techniques in both the voice and cello. She works to join these elements into a singular ecstatic personal language. - Singing Knives

A non fixed unit who have been slowly stewing away in various Leeds basements since 2005 - developing their own language of nocturnal psychedelics built around punked electronics, tape constructs and whatever objects/devices are within reach.
