When Pavement announced their reunion late last year we knew it was time to finally put together our long-planned tribute to one of our favourite bands. Show Me A Word That Rhymes With Pavement collects together a host of brain-bashingly brilliant artists covering all aspects of the Pavement legacy from hits like Shady Lane and Carrot Rope through to the wonderfully obscure Secret Knowledge of Backroads.
Show Me A Word That Rhymes With Pavement is released absolutely free on March 1st to coincide with the band's first comeback date so while you're waiting for terrible-quality mobile phone footage to hit the Internet you could do much worse than listen to this.
