THE YELLOW MOON BAND:

The Yellow Moon Band, also known as YMB, are a mainly instrumental four piece band from the United Kingdom. The band is closely associated with the Green Man Festival in the Brecon Beacons, Wales.

In 2007 Jo Bartlett and Danny Hagan of It's Jo and Danny, guitarist Rudy Carroll and Mathew Priest of Britpop band Dodgy, following some experimental jams at Bartlett and Hagan's home in the Brecon Beacons, produced what they considered to be a new and exciting blend of folk and progressive/psychedelic rock, and a welcome change to the song-driven folktronica of It's Jo and Danny.

Moments of glory abound on this bright, funky and outstandingly groovy album. - **** Mojo

Welcome to the best new rock band of 2009 - Perhaps the most significant instrumental act Blighty has produced since the Ozric Tentacles - ****1/2 subba-culture.com

I can well imagine people watching this in awe in a live setup. - Kruger Magazine

SUPPORT..

NATIONAL CLUB:

National Club are an upcoming band to really watch out for. Their inspired epic indie sound have already earned them a feature on the 'Best of MySpace' iCast and fans at The Guardian. Not to be missed!

"It's The Concretes meet The Pixies on Love Island." - BBC Music.

ECHOTONE:

A four piece combo from Essex who bring their own distinctive sound that incorporates the essential natural juices of rock, pop, and folk with the lovely chunky bits of country and blues. Three part harmonies, catchy melodies and killer tunes are their stock in trade. Sure to get your feet tapping and heartstrings melting.

"Layers of harmony and incisive arrangement squeezed into perfectly crafted songs" - Panic Magazine

"They have plenty of influences - country, folk, and indie - but the overall effect is of a wonderfully fresh sound" - Romford Recorder

With love
