Helen Snow with the story of Soong Ching Ling cheongsam

Helen Foster Snow is the widow of Edgar Snow. Snow is "Red Star Over China," the author.This book recorded his cave with Mao Zedong in Yan'an during the meeting. 1931 Helen first went to Shanghai, was only 23 years old. Helen's friend Polly everywhere across the United States for China to "work together" to raise money, Soong Ching Ling was informed that her own dress evacuation ,velvet cheongsam and cotton cheongsam throughout the United States asked Polly to wear. Snow couple arrived in the Philippines to continue to China as "Gung Ho" fund-raising, Polly to dress his wife also gave modern cheongsam Snow. March 17, 1998, 58 years later, this beautiful dress from the United States return to China, and returned to Beijing after rambling along the No. 46, "former residence of Soong Ching Ling."
