Performing hip hop live is a notoriously hard thing to do. Most people can count on one hand the number of genuinely entertaining hip hop acts they've seen live. It can come off as hackneyed, clichéd ridden and worst of all, looking like aggressive karaoke. But when a live act like The Youngblood Brass Band come into town, a band so visceral and entertaining; a full on assault of all that is good in hip hop, you have to make sure you're in the same room.
