THAT FUCKING TANK

Since 2004, Leeds riff-spewing duo TFT have built an international following through the volume and power of their live shows and intensive touring schedule. Their sound has developed over the years from a stripped down repetitive riff and groove, resting on James' hard hitting drums and the volume created by Andy's simultaneous use of guitar and bass amplifiers, towards a more complex and refined sound incorporating elements of the pairs musical influences from classic rock through to avant noise. They still retain those fucking heavy grooves though.

G I JOE

Bologna's finest noise-rock duo. They have obligatory extreme Italian volume and nice faces to match. Like Lightning Bolt with a heavy dose of Battles-y danceable rhythms and free love ala Sunburned Hand of a Man or Chris Corsano. Totally mind-blowing.

HIROSHIMA ROCKS AROUND

http://www.myspace.com/hiroshimarocksaround
Cranked-up noise-rock n roll trio with dirty blues attitude from Rome. Like Guitar Wolf, Jon Spencer, Coachwhips and Hospitals but noisier and darker – they wouldn't have been out of place in the Am Rep or early Touch and Go catalogue. Their second album 'HRA666', released in 2004 on NOFI recordings, featured a collaboration with Luca from Zu.

Dress sharp.
