Eddy Temple Morris (The Remix Show host) has watched, delightedly, as the filthy sound of Gallic electro has percolated through into practically every genre in dance music. So Eddy has created a night that not only reflects this properly, but more celebrates it...hence the concept of ELECTROCUTION: the execution of Electro, in all its glorious forms: ElectroHouse, ElectroBreaks, and ElectroPunk.

Three rooms, each with a really strong identity. Where you can witness how house music has become dirtier, better, more rocking, how Breaks has more panache, with the big beats having more interesting sounds around them, and how the spirit of punk is back and crossing all dancefloors.

The king of Italian Electro, Benny Benassi, will rub shoulders with Audio Vegas in the ElectroHouse room. Man of the moment, Kissy Sellout, will square up to the dutch wunderkinde Noisia in the ElectroBreaks room, and label-on-fire Kitsune will show how they embody ElectroPunk.

The cool people will be there. The beautiful people will have to be seen there by the cool people, and the people who don't give a fuck what anybody thinks will be there to put their hands in the air and dance like squids all night long. This will be the best party in London this year. By a fucking mile.

The Remix will also be part of XFM’s 10th anniversary celebrations this year, in recognition of its significant contribution towards the station's success. The Remix hosted by Eddy Temple Morris continues to attract an ever increasing national audience to one of the most cutting edge and influential radio shows on air today.

The whole evening will be recorded and packed full of interviews, sound bites and highlights of all the artists sets to be broadcast on XFM as A Remix Special later in the year. Champion.
