We’re on at about 9.30 and the address is:
Woody’s Club
41-43 Woodfield Road
Westbourne Park
London
W9 2BA

The nearest tube is Westbourne Park.

As we'll shortly be heading to Southern Studios to record our new EP, we've now made the whole of The Swedish Press EP available for download as mp3s from the site.
If you're a zinester who'll actually review this EP, drop me a line and I'll be happy to send you a real-life copy.

We're billed with We Rock Like Girls Don't and My Rocket 88 (yes, again. They were great at The Spitz so I'm looking forward to seeing them play a longer set).

Snippets:
We Rock Like Girls Don't - "We Rock Like Girls Don't rock like bastards - no question - but they also manage a slower, broodier groove that P J Harvey would - and probably has - killed for." ROCKSOUND MAGAZINE
"THIS RAW, INFECTIOUSLY MELODIC AND UTTERLY UNIQUE TRIO ARE THE MUSIC SCENE'S AS-YET-UNDISCOVERED SECRET" THE SCOTSMAN

My Rocket 88 - Richard Cramp of John Peel favourites Garlic (Bella Union), Mike Newsham and Nick Simms (Cornershop) were joined by Rob Brown and Kate Rollins to form the band in London, Winter 2003. Nick had to leave the band to follow his music career and is replaced by Paul Mortimore on drums. Always Well recieved live, My Rocket 88 are currently playing venues accross London, with a UK tour in the pipeline.

End of the New - Art-school noise meets heavy, doomed soundscapes, punctuated by post-garage outbursts. EOTN write brittle melodic songs which build into full-on fuzz assaults, set against a dark travelogue of snowscapes, grinding aircraft engines and paranoid isolation. They cite Sleater Kinney, Grant Hart and Desaparecidos as influences.
And probably Sonic Youth as well.

All the best,
