Blood Valley

The Beast Must Die

Label: Captains of Industry Release Date: 10/05/2004

6618
-Raz- by Raziq Rauf June 17th, 2004

Live, this band is a rock ‘n’ roll detonation of power-packed, glam-goth crazy punkery. The Beast Must Die brings all that to the plastic disc I hold before me. This is straight up 70s punk rock in the veins of *The Clash *and *The Damned *and other timeless punkers but it ain’t rip-off identikit bullshit by any means. They do it their way. For sure.

With future cult classics lying entitled ‘Here Comes The Horror’ and ‘Four Bars’, *Blood Valley *have captured their pure essence here. There is nothing more to this record than punk and rock. Punk. And. Rock. If you’re looking for more than that you’re in the wrong place.
