Span: Sugarcoat the Road - updated
-gen- by Gen Williams June 13th, 2003

Gig-hungry Scandiwegian mentalists Span seem to be aiming to set a new record for touring, as they announce yet another cluster of dates.

In addition to their headline jaunt round the UK with Crackout, Span (DiS tour dates here), who have just decamped to London, will also play a few days with Sugarcult.

The dates are as follows:

June:
Tuesday 24th - Manchester Academy
Wednesday 25th - Glasgow Garage
Thursday 26th - Birmingham Academy 2
Friday 27th - London Mean Fiddler
Saturday 28th - Cardiff MS1
Sunday 30th - Portsmouth Wedgewood

Update 18/06/03: The band have also just confirmed a London headline date at everyone's favourite nicotine-saturated nuclear bunker, Metro's on Oxford St, on July 15th. More info on that as we get it - check the DiS gig listings in coming weeks for support details.

Span release their new single, 'Found', on June 16th.
