Sex Pistols: Second Coming?
sean by Sean Adams May 2nd, 2002
There was a time when punk was all about the message and living the punk life but long gone are the days of the SEX PISTOLS it's all about style, branding and hype nowadays ain't it? Maybies... we need the band who kicked punk history off properly to come back. Guess what? They're back, baby! And just in time to boot some inspiration into a world threatened by fascist regimes, ancient disputes flaring up all over again, hardcore-mediocrity has taken over culture and alsorts of things we can do without are just seen as enevitable. We need change! No Future? Why? Watch the news and you'll not really see what I mean. It's time to wake up, again..

On May 27th 2002 (the same date the original was released in 1977) 'God Save The Queen' will be re-released as a single complete with remixes using the original tapes and a bit of nu-fangled technology by Nick Barnes who used to be in Leftfield.

The single re-empts a best of compilation simply named 'Jubilee' on the 3rd of June. The best of also has a CD Rom section of the videos: 'God Save The Queen','Pretty Vacant' and 'Anarchy In The UK'.

There's also a cd of 61 tracks which are rare or previously unheard or from the studio mixes accress a a 3cd boxset, which has an 80page booklet and this is also out on June 3rd. You'll not find many of these on audiogalaxy but the tracklisting's are...
