Further acts announce their Great Escape
Mike_Diver by Mike Diver February 23rd, 2007

Further acts have been confirmed for this year's The Great Escape weekender, taking place at venues across sunny Brighton from May 17th 'til the 19th of the very same month. Mmm, Brrrriiiiiggghhhttttooon. I went there once, played the arcades. That fella from 80s Matchbox told me I was rubbish for doing so. True story.

I still love him, though. He wants to fly like an eagle. Me too, man, me too.

Among the acts confirmed, like, now, are:

Archie Bronson Outfit, Magenta Skycode, The Pigeon Detectives, Les Breastfeeders, The Draytones, We Are The Physics, Hello Saferide, The Immediate, The Metros, Cherry Ghost, Ghosts, 1990s, Polarkreis 18, The Lionheart Brothers, Black Ghosts, Good Shoes, Hot Club De Paris (pictured), Kate Nash, Art Brut, The Dash, The Enemy, Goose, The Heights, I Say Marvin, Navel, Neils Children, Trailing Laces

Cor, that's a hella lotta bandsa. But there's more, innit! Cos some have already been confirmed, like before this batch even. Wow? Yup!

The Besnard Lakes, Blood Red Shoes, CSS, Dan Mangan, Foals, Hadouken, Help She Can't Swim, I Like Trains, Kubichek, Mechanical Bride, Mumm-ra, Mr. Hudson & The Library, Nouvelle Vague, Orange Lights, Passenger, Patrick Watson, The Prayers, The Strange Death Of Liberal England, Ripchord, Rubik, We're Marching On, Willy Mason, Wintersleep, Yes Boss

Fuck. Three-day wristbands are available for the cheap-o sum of £35! Click here to get some get some. Get some? Yes! Further information is almost certainly available for your eyes at THIS website.
