Shin-store show: band play Oxford St next week
TheBoyDeadly by TheBoyDeadly January 25th, 2007

Indie-pop princes The Shins will play an instore gig at Virgin Megastore on Oxford Street, London next week.

The band will be in town for the show, which will take place from 5pm on Thursday 1st February.

Entry to the gig will be through the conventional wristband system, which means you have to go to the store from the 29th January and get one. You then fasten it to your wrist, and show it to a large man on entry. He will let you in, then you face the stage and then the band will play.

Due to a matter of complete coincidence, the band's next album - Wincing the Night Away, a review of which you can read here - is also released on the 29th.
