So what do the festival guys have to say about it?
'We're pleased to add a whole bunch of new bands to the line-up for Truck 8. Some of them we've been chasing for quite some time! Particular mention should go to Juliet who we think is the new Shirley Manson. Her Jaques Lu Cont-produced album is ace, and she'll add another facet to an already varied bill. Good mates of Truck and all round Brighton supergroup The Brakes are back for more of the same mischief, as are the brothers Bengo - Winnebago Deal - fresh from doing a whole host of dates backing that scary-looking chap with the beard from Queens Of The Stone Age.
So there you have it. What is the DiS view on this new twist? BRING IT ON!!!
