Following the demise of Top Of The Pops, presenters of no little irritation Fearne Cotton and Reggie Yates have been handed the reins to Radio 1's weekend breakfast show.
The pair will replace current presenter Spoony, who is to take up a position at Radio 5 Live - clearly commenting on sporting events is hella more appealing than having to smile through the latest Pussycat Dolls garbage.
Yates and Cotton will take over the slot from the end of September. Ben Cooper, Radio 1's head of mainstream, called them "total stars".
