Redjetson hit Soldier Boy club TONIGHT
Redjetson hit Soldier Boy club TONIGHT
gdobson by Gareth Dobson July 29th, 2004
Tonight's a rather cool one in East London, as DiS' own Redjetson prepare to embark on their national tour by playing a warm-up gig at the salubrious Soldier Boy night at the Medicine Bar.

We're fans of Soldier Boy here too; hosted every last Thursday of the month at the Medicine Bar in Shoreditch, the night usually offers a slick slew of quality DJs and some nice clean furniture. Redjetson will be hitting the stage at 11pm.

Naturally, we recommend, nay, beseech your presence and we really think that you might enjoy things.

The simple facts are:

Soldier Boy

@Medicine Bar, 10pm-2am, 89 Great Eastern Street, Shoreditch, London.

entry: £4 / £3 with soldierboy badge
bottles of champagne £12 till 11pm

absolut vodka + mixer £2.50 all night.

Entertainment includes:

SOLDIERGIRL DJs

9:00pm - 10:00pm

"The Soldiergirls bring you a little bit of what you fancy with an eclectic mix of popular tunes, playing anything from Dolly Parton to the Libertines to make you strut, stomp and shimmy across the dancefloor."

DO OR DIE DJs

10:00pm - 11:00pm

"From Peaches to Bloc Party, Fugazi to !!! and anything in between. No liquid funk, shoreditch twat elevator music..   ...cheers!"

REDJETSON

11.00pm - 11.45pm

Visceral, star gazing intellectual rock with a linear, experimental bent.

Ollie Russian and Pirate Gee
11:45pm - 2:00am

Playing No.1 hits of an alternative universe, it's all about the standard staplesof miserable white boys with floppy hair and guitars. Except lots of touch the ceiling anthems of the people as well.
