Young Heart Attack

Over and Over

Label: XL Recordings Release Date: 21/07/2003

4495
gdobson by Gareth Dobson July 17th, 2003

Coming on like a Soul Train-powered AC/DC, Young Heart Attack are the latest contenders to the newly-rejunvenated Real Rock (newly created tm) crown.

And my god, this is one hell of a rock beast; yet instead of being a hairy mutha of beefcake rifferama, this is actually a ladyshave metal vixen of streamlined 200mph Angus Young guitar filth smoking Phil Spector's shotgun.

It's as immediate as seeing the lust of your life stripped naked and beckoning forth to you whilst coyly showing their Gibson-Valhalla tattoo hidden in the most intimate of places. And like expected reaction to said porno-mirage, the whole experience is over quicker than it's begun. Utterly breathtaking and damn sexy.
