DJs In A Row

Label: EMI Records Release Date: 21/11/2005

11973
-Raz- by Raziq Rauf December 1st, 2005

This is perfect single material. It has everything it needs. With hints of Elvis blues and plenty of Jon Spencer style explosions this funk-laden ditty from East London's Schwab, was the title track of the 2004 movie, It’s All Gone Pete Tong. The snarled staccato vocals rise far above the retro soul posturing and the beautifully predictable beat combos by delivering memorable, groovy mantras for the dancefloor. There is no doubt that the swagger and attitude of ‘DJs In A Row’ was made for the radio.
